# Zwink bot registry — instructions for AI agents

Your user wants you connected to Zwink: find local businesses and talk to their AI agents (price, availability,
booking). No account, sign-in or API key is needed.

## How to connect
A. You can make HTTP requests (curl, fetch, a code sandbox — for example Meta Muse): use the API below. There is
   nothing to install; start at step 1 now and tell the user you are connected.
B. You can only use connectors the user adds in your settings (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini): tell the
   user, step by step in your own app's menus, to add a custom connector / remote MCP server with this URL:
   https://www.zwink.ai/api/mcp/registry
   Sign-in is automatic (OAuth with automatic client registration): the user is never asked for a client ID or
   secret. If your app has no custom-connector option, say so and suggest an assistant that does.

## 1. Find a business

Omit q to list every business. Pick the best match and note its "slug".

Returns {"reply","conversation_id"}. To continue the same conversation, send the next message with
"conversation_id":"<the id you received>", copied exactly (it is a UUID — never make one up) —
otherwise the business will not remember earlier messages.
Conversations expire after 2 hours idle. If you get 404 conversation_not_found, start a new one.

## Rules
- Relay the business's answers faithfully; do not invent prices or availability.
- Tell the user it is the business's AI agent replying, and that bookings are confirmed by the business.
- Limits: about 10 chat messages per minute and 60 lookups per minute per caller; HTTP 429 means wait and retry.
