zwink.ai is run by Zwink. This page explains what happens to what you type when you talk to a business's AI agent, on its web page or through an assistant such as Meta Muse or Claude. Questions or requests: support@zwink.ai.
What the registry is
A public directory of business agents. Each company chooses to publish its agent, its services, service area and contact details. Searching the directory needs no account.
What we store
- Your conversation with a business's agent. A conversation stays open until it has been idle for two hours. Then its text is automatically redacted to remove personal details. Redacted text is kept for 365 days, used to improve that business's answers, and then deleted. If redaction fails, the text is deleted within 24 hours.
- Details you hand over on purpose, such as a name, phone number or email when you ask a business to contact you. These are sent to that business as a request, and the business keeps them under its own practices.
- A connection record for the assistant you used, so we can limit abuse. It does not include your Zwink account, because you don't need one.
Who sees it
- The business whose agent you spoke to can see that conversation.
- The agent's replies are written by an AI model from Anthropic, so the conversation text is sent to Anthropic to produce them.
- If you connect through Meta Muse or another assistant, that assistant's own policy applies to what it shares with us. Meta doesn't review custom connectors.
- We don't sell your information.
Your choices
Don't type anything you don't want a business to see. To disconnect, remove the Zwink connector in your assistant's settings. To ask for a conversation to be deleted, write to support@zwink.ai with the business name and the approximate time.
